Insurance & Payment: We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we provide a monthly superbill (itemized receipt) that you may submit to your PPO plan for potential out-of-network reimbursement — many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion of costs. We encourage you to verify your benefits before scheduling.

Regional Center Clients: We welcome referrals from California Regional Centers. Please contact your Regional Center case worker and then reach out to us directly to discuss eligibility and scheduling.

Reduced-Fee Spots: A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a concern, please mention it when we speak — we'd rather find a way to work together.
